We are very proud of the end result of the end result of a soil injection container with operator container for our customer VSF (Volker Staal en Funderingen).
The soil injection unit has been developed and realized to carry out fully automated soil injections and has the following advantages compared to the already available units:
- Higher capacity;
- Higher accuracy;
- Degree of automation has increased a lot (less dependent on staff).
The soil injection unit is used to, among other things, install underground building layers and connect soil layers to each other for a better stability. For this purpose, the container is divided into a part for the mixers and a part for the pumps.
Before the development and realization process, Marine Systems has carried out a pre-engineering to determine the feasibility in relation to the technology and costs. During the development and realization phase, we worked closely with our customer VSF and partner Sietec Industrial Automation (which developed and realized the electrical installation and software).
After completing the realization, both FAT and SAT took place in and near our workshop. The FAT and SAT were carried out in collaboration with our customer VSF.
We are looking forward to build more soil injection containers for VSF in the future.
